- A free holding page, so you're online while your site is being built
12-month minimum, then it continues monthly. After that you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We write your text from the details you give us, and you check it before anything goes live.

Do I pay anything before my site goes live?
No. Nothing is charged until your website is live, or until 14 days after we send you the finished site to check if it isn't live by then. Before we start, you'll accept our terms, which commits you to the plan, and register your payment details with our payment provider, which is not a charge. If you cancel after signing up but before your site goes live, there's a fixed fee of £49 to £449 depending on how far the work has got.
What counts as a small change?
Quick tweaks to what's already there: editing text, updating opening hours or contact details, or swapping a photo. Up to 10 a month are included, and we usually do them within two working days.
Anything bigger, like a new page or a new feature, we'll quote and agree with you first.

We write all your text
Many web designers at this price expect you to write your own text, or charge extra for it, typically £50 to £150 a page. Writing five pages yourself can easily take hours, often days. With us it's included.
This is the same whichever kind of site you choose. You tell us about your business, we look at what's already out there, like your Google listing or social media, and we write the words for your site. Then you read it all and ask for any changes before it goes live. Nothing is published until you've had the chance to check it.
Here's what we'll ask you for:
- The basics: what you do, your services and prices, the areas you cover and your contact details
- Your photos and logo
- Any legal pages you need, such as a privacy policy. We'll add them to your site, but we're not solicitors, so we can't write them for you
Blog posts aren't included. If you have a blog, you write the posts and we publish them, or we can write them for you for an extra charge.

Questions about pricing
Why is there a 12-month minimum?
We build your site at the start, and the monthly payments arrive over time. The 12 months is what lets us charge no deposit at all.
After that it continues month to month, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. The full details are in our terms and conditions.
How do I cancel?
Once your first 12 monthly payments have been made, just tell us in writing and give 30 days' notice. There's no form and no retention call. Your site stays live for those 30 days, then comes down.
Do I own the website and the domain?
The website is provided as part of your monthly plan, which is how there can be no upfront cost. If you leave, the site comes down.
Your domain is different. It's registered so that it becomes yours to keep if you leave, once any costs we've covered for you are settled. There's a £15 admin fee to release it.
