I contacted Greensand Web Services for a website and got exactly what I wanted with the site going live in just a week. Many of my new customers are telling me that the only reason they chose us for their cleaning was because our website looks very professional. Highly recommended.

Questions
Before you get started
Do you work with businesses in Northampton?
Yes. We build websites for small businesses across Northampton, Duston, Kingsthorpe, Moulton, Wootton, Weston Favell, Towcester and Daventry and the rest of Northamptonshire. Everything runs by email, so it's just as quick wherever you're based, and we're a UK company based in Sandy, Bedfordshire.
Do I have to write anything?
No. We write the text for every page from what you tell us and what we can find about your business, like your Google listing. You read it through and ask for any changes before it goes live.
Do I pay anything before the site is live?
No. Your first £49 payment is taken the day your website goes live, or 14 days after we send you the finished site to check if it isn't live by then. Before we start building, you'll accept our terms and set up your payment details, but nothing is charged at that point.
What if I don't like it?
You see the whole site before it goes live. You can ask for as many changes to the wording as you need, and we'll adjust the design based on your feedback too.
Is there a catch?
There's a 12-month minimum, which is how we can build your site without charging upfront. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Once you've signed up, cancelling before your site goes live costs a fixed fee of £49 to £449, depending on how much work we've done. The website is provided as part of your plan, so it comes down if you leave, but your domain is yours to keep and so is the text we wrote for you once the 12 months are paid.
I already have a domain or a website. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We can point your existing domain at your new site. If you already have a website, we'll build you a new one, keeping anything you like about the old one.
What counts as a small change?
Editing text, updating opening hours, prices or contact details, swapping a photo, or a similar tweak taking up to 15 minutes. Up to 10 a month are included, and we usually do them within two working days.
How do I cancel?
Once your first 12 monthly payments have been made, email us with 30 days' notice. That's it, no retention call.
Ready to get your Northampton business online?
