I already have a domain, or an existing website — is that a problem?
Not at all. If you've already got a domain, we can point it at your new site rather than registering a new one. If you have an existing website, we rebuild it completely as part of your plan rather than trying to patch someone else's code — if there are things you like about the current one, we can take inspiration from those, or recreate it closely if you own it outright.
What counts as a "small change"?
Editing existing text, updating opening hours or contact details, swapping a photo, or a similar tweak taking up to 15 minutes. You get up to three of these a month included, for as long as you're with us.
How long does it take to go live?
1-2 weeks once we have your content, for a standard 5-page site. Nothing is charged until it's actually live.
How do I cancel?
Twelve months minimum, then month to month — just give us 30 days' written notice and that's it, no retention call. If a payment lapses or notice isn't given, the site is taken offline, so the only thing to remember is telling us in writing.
